Our Leadership
Chris Nay
President
With over 25 years of experience in grinding mill and crusher wear part manufacturing as well as 15 years dedicated to mill and crusher repairs, Chris specializes in designing shell and head improvements, bolting requirements, and concave alloy selections. Chris also excels in casting-related troubleshooting and the repair of gyratory, jaw, cone, and roll crushers. With expertise in cone bowl and mainframe rebuilds, as well as gyrators mantles, hydrosets, and shafts, and with intimate knowledge of metallurgical properties, Chris is a seasoned expert in optimizing wear performance.
As President and Managing Partner of Revolution Industrial since 2014, Chris has led the company’s growth by providing exceptional industrial construction services to various sectors, including mining, municipal water, manufacturing, and beyond. Prior to his role at Revolution Industrial, Chris served as President of IMF North America, demonstrating his exceptional skills in sales, project management, and overall business leadership.
Jarrod Goodman
Preconstruction Manager
Jarrod performs a multifaceted role that includes spearheading estimation processes, managing relationships with key stakeholders, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance accuracy and profitability. With RI Group’s self-performance capabilities in civil, structural, piping, electrical, and coatings, Jarrod ensures seamless coordination and delivery of projects.
Prior to 2018, when Jarrod began working as RI Group’s Preconstruction Manager, he utilized his skills and experience as a Project Manager, managing up to 80 field staff on multiple simultaneous projects at any given time. Other tasks included demolition, fabrication, and erection of main and secondary steel structures, piping systems and supports, and much more.
Jon Snell
Program Manager
Jon Snell brings over 30 years of expertise in developing and motivating expert engineering, construction, and maintenance project teams. With a robust background in industrial capital, new construction, maintenance turnarounds, and more, Jon consistently drives productivity and profitability.
Jon is also known for developing cost-efficient operations for estimating, purchasing, scheduling, strategic planning, client relations, performance management, and much more. With many diverse project types under his belt, Jon is considered a leader, problem solver, team builder, and communicator by those who have had the opportunity to work with him.
As a Program Manager at RI Group, he oversees diverse projects in mining, technology, and automotive sectors, managing multiple projects simultaneously from inception to completion. Jon’s strengths lie in building efficient teams, fostering positive relationships, and delivering projects on time and within budget.
Tommy Barnes
Business Development Manager
As a resourceful leader with over two decades experience in challenging and fast-paced construction environments, Tommy is known in his field for fostering cooperative relationships and developing successful project teams.
In his role as RI Group’s Business Development Manger, Tommy is responsible for sourcing project opportunities, a responsibility that requires a deep understanding of market niches as well as a unique ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and other strategic partners. Other responsibilities include tracking leads, submitting RFPs, running client meetings, and overseeing project search coordination. He is also tasked with representing RI Group at special association events and conferences.
Prior to joining RI Group, Tommy amassed a wealth of experience in the construction industry, assuming roles such as superintendent, operations manager, and construction inspector on projects throughout Arizona. Combined with his BS in Construction Management from ASU and comprehensive list of related certifications, Tommy’s vast experience has allowed him to successfully accomplish many impressive feats and make a long list of industry connections.
Max Spilsbury
Operations Manager
Max brings over two decades of wide-ranging construction project experience to RI Group. With a focus on high-level management and execution, Max has successfully completed large projects while maintaining an exemplary safety record. His diverse industrial skill set encompasses heavy equipment operation, rigging, fabrication, job management, oversight, and manpower management.
Prior to joining RI, Max excelled in roles such as construction manager, project manager, and superintendent. In these capacities, he demonstrated expertise in overseeing various tasks including demolition, repairs, piping, retrofitting, and erection. Max’s responsibilities also extended to project scheduling, planning, safety management, resource allocation, logistics, and execution of high-level turnkey projects. His commitment to excellence and comprehensive approach make him an invaluable asset to any project team.
Steve Crosby
Mining Advisor
Steve Crosby is a senior mining professional with over 35 years of extensive experience in large-scale mining operations and project development. Before joining RI Group, Steve served as the CEO of Arimex Industrial Maintenance and Engineering LLC, where he provided strategic guidance to clients on asset acquisitions and internal growth opportunities.
During his tenure, Steve also held the position of Executive Senior Vice President of Technical Services and Project Development at Boroo Mining Company in Lima, Peru. Prior to that, he spent 27 years at Freeport McMoran, holding various management roles.
Steve holds a degree in Civil Engineering Technology from New Mexico State University in Las Cruces, NM. He currently divides his time between his residences in New Mexico and Arizona.

Jimmy Hussey
Engineer
As Revolution Industrial’s Engineering Manager since 2015, Jimmy Hussey developed and managed the engineering and fabrication departments, and has contributed heavily to the company’s AISC certification initiatives. His expertise encompasses site layout, structural design, process installation, testing, commissioning, and more.
Jimmy is responsible for the ongoing development and enhancement of the company’s design-build capabilities, ensuring that RI Group has the resources to meet our clients’ needs, and also utilizes his expertise for the design and development of the company’s capital projects, ensuring success on all levels.
Previously, at Monarch Power Corp, he was in research and development for photovoltaics and concentrated solar, securing a patent in 2015. Jimmy holds a BSE in Mechanical Engineering from Arizona State University and is an AWS Certified Welding Inspector.
